DUMP - I CAN HEAR MUSIC BONUS DISC (YO LA TENGO RELATED) [BRINKMAN, NEDERLAND, 1995]
A lot of folks know James McNew as Yo La Tengo bassist. But back in the early 90s he started his own project called Dump. When his 1995 effort "I Can Hear Music" was released, very few copies included the bonus disc. It's a shame since this bonus disc is every bit as good as the proper album. Not only that, but a lot of fans weren't even aware a two-disc version existed.
Be warned, this stuff is catchy as hell. You'll find yourself humming and singing and tapping your feet in no time!
Easily one of my favorite Dump rarities and highly recommended. If you want the first disc posted, drop me a line in the comments. But I figured I would start with the bonus disc since that's the one that 99% of Dump/Yo La Tengo fans have never heard.
